How an excavator solenoid works

There is a closed chamber inside the excavator solenoid valve, and there are openings in different positions, each of which leads to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the chamber is the valve body. There are two electromagnets on both sides of the valve body. Whichever side of the electromagnet coil is energized will attract the valve body to which side, thereby blocking or exposing different oil drain holes. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the fluid medium will enter different pipes. Then, the piston movement of the oil cylinder is pushed by the medium pressure, thereby further driving the piston valve rod, driving the mechanical moving device, and generating a series of mechanical movements.

There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve, with through holes at different positions, each hole is connected to a different oil pipe, the middle of the cavity is a piston, and the two sides are two electromagnets. Which side of the magnet coil is energized will be attracted to the valve body At the same time, by controlling the movement of the valve body to open or close different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then the piston of the oil cylinder is pushed by the pressure of the oil, and the piston is again Drive the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current on and off of the electromagnet.

The multi-way valve/distribution valve of the excavator is mainly composed of the following valve blocks: electromagnetic reversing valve, relief valve, one-way valve, throttle valve. The function of each valve block in the multi-way valve/distribution valve of the excavator: 1. Reversing valve: control the oil in and out of the boom and forearm cylinders, the rotary motor walking motor, and the bulldozer production cylinder. 2. Relief valve: There are main relief valve and root relief valve. The main relief valve controls the system pressure, and the root relief valve is related to the control method of the system, positive and negative control. 3. One-way valve: Control the flow of hydraulic oil in one direction. 4. Throttle valve: Control the flow of hydraulic oil.
